10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b6789 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes without limitation:

11 Governing Law & Disputes

11.1 Dispute Resolution

11.2 Severability
